Firstly the engine, made by YX Motorsports, has a completely different power delivery from a 125cc or 140cc power plant. Not only is the 150’s top end relentless, but also the engine pulls hard from low revs. The engine has fantastic torque and makes riding, overtaking, and racing a pure pleasure.

To enhance engine power, we’ve fitted a 3 piece, (serviceable and jet wash proof), alloy oil cooler, which is fed via a braided hose, straight from the crank for maximum efficiency.

The frame is the latest SDG chromo design, built to a high standard with good quality welding and bracing. Finished in a thick coat of satin black paint.

The suspension is not just any old unbranded Chinese item, but a top of the range-racing brand - FASTACE.

The Fastace front forks are fully adjustable for both compression and rebound, as too is the rear Fastace shock absorber. No expensive has been spared on our engine and suspension choices, as we believe these two items are the most important 2 items for any off road dirt bike.

Most pit bikes run a 420-gauge chain for drive. Transporting the 150’s power is a KMC 428 gauge chain to a billet alloy rear sprocket.

The aluminum rear swing arm is not only beautifully crafted, but super sized strong, and very light weight. The wheels are also lightweight, and are fitted with aluminum rims, CNC hubs, laced with heavy-duty spokes. Again light weight and super strong. The front wheel is 14 inch and the rear is 12 inch. Carlsbad 772’s are fitted as standard, and they are an awesome off road tyre!

The Cobra 150 pit bike has the speed, but you also need to be able to stop. So it’s fitted with hydraulic disk brakes front and rear. The brake disks are a wavy design to aid brake pad cooling and pad cleaning. The rear brake is also fully floating. Both brake lines are braided for maximum efficiency.

The priory with this bike was performance, strength and build quality, not bling. We’ve fitted as many alloy parts as possible. This means no rust and less weight! The decals have been made in the UK and are genuine 3M. There’re super tough, and won’t come off when you jet wash your bike!

The cobra 150cc is extremely well made, lightweight and powerful. This means just one thing – it’s blast to ride!
